How to join a session
- Most sessions are run by local community groups at public gymnasiums, and visitors are generally welcome. Fees shown are per person unless noted.
- The “Book / details” links go to the organizer’s Japanese booking page (many are on the TennisBear platform, which requires a free account). Booking pages work with your browser’s translate function.
- Indoor venues require indoor shoes with non-marking soles. Paddles are often available to borrow at intro sessions — check the booking page.
- Fees, dates and availability are set by the organizers and can change; the booking page is always the source of truth.
