Where should a beginner start?

The coached sessions at Utsubo Park (central, paddles lent free) are aimed at first-timers. Community groups around the city also run beginner-friendly meets.

Are the park courts bookable in English?

Booking pages are Japanese-only, but they are simple forms that work with browser translation.
